She has a warmness about her, in addition to her friendliness, and a ready smile!Her knowledge of the market is superb, and the process went so well to list our home, that it sold the very first day! WOW! She had our backs at every turn both selling our home and buying another.I would not hesitate to recommend Gail! This is a woman who works hard for her clients and gets the job done.

ZillowVERIFIEDI saw Gail's advertisement on TV and was impressed with her enthusiasm. Based on that ad I called her and decided to sign a contract to sell my house.She took pictures with her phone and uploaded them to the websites listing my house for sale. It wasn't until 6 weeks AFTER being listed that she decided to "spend the $100" and have professional pictures taken! Gail's way of communicating is by text messaging - when I requested to sit down face to face she replied via text "there is nothing more to discuss on this subject" and refused to meet with me. She was unprofessional and disrespectful to me. I would not recommend her to anyone.
