I would highly recommend Gabrielle for anyone who is a first time home buyer. As a first time home buyer myself and my husband did not always know the right questions to ask or any questions to ask. Gabrielle was always there to step in to make sure we had the best understanding of the entire process. We decided new construction and she checked in along the process to make sure everything was good and to see if there was anything she could do to help. I am happy that we did not have a nightmare first time home buying experience and we can attribute that to Gabrielle!

Gabrielle was nice, but my experience as a first time homeowner was very unfortunate. I am not picky, but I do not recommend her; please choose someone else because she did not really represent me or helped me get a good deal. I am now finding a lot of Easter eggs after closing, and I closed without approval of the HOA because she had not told me about it. I had very little guidance, or none. No advice whatsoever. No help. If I had to start all over again, I would start getting another realtor. If you are a first time buyer who needs help and guidance, please consider choosing someone else. I repeat--she was nice, but that is not enough in the homebuying process. Good luck.
