ZillowVERIFIEDGaby is great, she was always very thorough in getting all the information available about any property we looked at (recently repairs/updates, age of mechanicals, etc.). We also never felt crowded when looking at homes with her- by that I mean she always let us have our own time to look around the home and see things for ourselves amd form our own opinions. Also, she was also amazing at helping us look at pros and cons (especially with all the nitty gritty financial and technical steps in home buying), and helped us see each others point of view if we couldnt agree on something. We dragged this amazing realtor all over Columbus and she was always more than happy to get us a showing and get us all the information she could regarding the listing! We immediately felt comfortable with her and trusted her. We did not plan to move until May of 2025. However, Gaby helped us and made it possible for us to find the best first home we could imagine. She assisted in finding a lender that offered the loan we were looking for. We closed within less than 2 months of speaking with Gaby for the first time. She lived 40 minutes from us but was able to schedule showings within less than 24 hour notice. Not only that, but she also made every step of the process easier. For work I was unable to go to several showings, but she would send videos of every room. It was a pleasure working with Gaby and if we ever purchase another home we will be working with her. Highly recommend using Gaby as your realtor. She will make it happen!
