We have had some issues with our house, we are renting, and have been having trouble getting in touch with the other broker/owner but carlos does not shy away from handling any situation. He was able to help us tremendously getting in touch with the broker/owner and is very involved in getting our issues resolved. He is the best! I will definitely be asking for his help when ready to buy a home!
