He is very professional and goes to great lengths to make sure we have had all we need. If something doesnt get done Carlos is right there to make sure it does! We have had some issues with our house, we are renting, and have been having trouble getting in touch with the other broker/owner but carlos does not shy away from handling any situation. He was able to help us tremendously getting in touch with the broker/owner and is very involved in getting our issues resolved. He is the best! I will definitely be asking for his help when ready to buy a home!
