Not only did Gabe go above and beyond at all phases of the buying process, his experience saved our family from making an enormous mistake. Right before making an offer on a house I was in love with, Gabe's eye caught a small crack in a load bearing wall.....this turned out to only be the tip of the iceberg. The foundational issues were so extensive that had Gabe not caught it then....I could have make a 6 figure mistake. So back around April 2019 the wife and I started our journey toward homeownership. We are first time buyers and I have to say we had the greatest experience that was way above what I expected. The process was educational and at times over my head but Gabe was there 110% through it all right there with us. We moved to the DFW area 3 years ago for my job from the east coast. I am a very active house hunter and enjoy seeing "the possibilities" in a potential home.
