Not only did Gabe go above and beyond at all phases of the buying process, his experience saved our family from making an enormous mistake. Right before making an offer on a house I was in love with, Gabe's eye caught a small crack in a load bearing wall.....this turned out to only be the tip of the iceberg. The foundational issues were so extensive that had Gabe not caught it then....I could have make a 6 figure mistake. Other than his poor taste in footwear, Gabe is basically Mary Poppins perfect. : ) You & your family could not have found a better realtor.
