We were purchasing from a different state and while we knew the area, we did not know it in-depth, and either situation causes issues but both is troublesome. Frida entered the picture and it was like she read our minds! Frida, and her assistant Patty, listened to what we wanted and found us many houses - all spot on - to see on our visit. Since we were coming from out of state, it was a packed trip but she handled it with precision timing and also with flexibility to revisit. I may not have looked initially at the home we ended up purchasing, but once in it, we knew it was exactly what we wanted & hoped for. Frida's insight to the area was amazingly and we could not have done it without her.

Frida and her assistant Patty helped me find local help to get things that I needed done. They never gave up even when I did after having buyers back out and having to start from scratch again. Very difficult process from 1,200 miles away but they made it possible and negotiated a great price for me (much more than other agents I interviewed told me the property was worth)!! I would not hesitate to use Frida and Patty again!!
