My husband and I had Freeman and his wife, Pam recommended to us by our mortgage broker. As first time home buyers, we were both nervous about the process, however upon speaking to Freeman we were immediately put at ease. They arranged for our initial walk through of the property and set it up for the next day. My husband drives truck and keeps odd hours however the Snyders were very understanding of our need for flexibility with scheduling and worked with us multiple times to ensure his schedule would be met. During our walk through of our property, Freeman inspected the quality of the house with my husband and helped talk through any and all concerns. He was very informed of how houses are supposed to built and maintained, meanwhile, I spent time talking numbers with Pam. Having a team of realtors with us, made us feel as if we were getting twice the amount of information. With their help we were able to confidently put an offer in on our home, which was accepted and closed on, November 15, 2018. During the inspection process, Pam and Freeman set up crucial appointments, answered any and all emails and texts and made my husband and myself aware they were available to help in any way we needed. They repeatedly said We work for you and they meant it.
