This is by far one of the most deserved reviews I had the chance to write. I'm starting by thanking this amazing hard working young agent. A few months back she was representing the buyer on our first investment flip and she rolled her sleeves making sure her buyer landed on a safe transaction as well as making sure the transaction come to a successful close for us. She kept constant communication with my selling agent and and made sure to deliver results. And that is just the beginning of the review, she made such an amazing representation that it wasn't dificult to go into a a new investment with her and Fredy Rodriguez Realstate group, in a neglected almost abandoned house at mission lakes. Funny thing while she was on her vacations she made sure to track every moment of the purchase and deal with every, inconvenience from the association until a successful closing.But that's not all she made sure to go further and suggest a strategy for selling this house fast in the middle of a slow several days listed area and made sure to track the progress of the renovations, making sure that all angles being covered.I must confess that....Against my own impulses to list higher she stood firm recommending the wise strategy for a competitive price and create a happy new home buyer and us a a grateful happy sellers.Long story short followed her advise and closed on record time!We are truly blessed to have this confident hard working team player on our circle of business and friends.
