If youre a first time buyer and want to make your first time buying a great experience then Freddy is your guy. Freddy was very knowledgeable and understanding, and very patient. He made our first time house buying a great experience. My wife and I are very blessed to had someone who wasnt there for a paycheck but was there to help us. Freddy is a true professional. He helped me sell my home at a difficult time while I was going through a divorce. Freddy made it possible to get my house sold and even helped by getting paperwork from the court that I needed to make the sale happen. Even when I got discouraged he always believed we would meet our goal. And even after the difficulty of getting my house sold Freddy got it sold in 60 days. On top of it he helped me purchase another home after my home sold. He is a consummate professional and I would recommend to everyone and use him in the future as well. Im so thankful he came and knocked on my door and I met him. Side note he knocked on my door a year before my house sold but he still checked in to see when I was ready to sell.
