We have worked closely with Freddy for several years now. He represented us through two purchases and two rentals, all in the Eastside market. First of all, We immediately found that Freddy is not a newcomer to the job. He weathered the 2008 downturn, and therefore has a very good understanding of market trends, as well as a compassionate understanding of the toll a bad market can have on people. We found his understanding of the markets and areas he specializes in, to be superb. When looking at property, he knew facts about a neighborhood, (such as crime rate, level of affluence, age, desirability, etc.) off the top of his head. As clients, it was very reassuring through all four successful transactions, that we never had any doubt Freddy was on our side, negotiating 100% in our best interests.Third, and most importantly to us, through ALL the negotiations we worked with Freddy on, (and there were many, since for every offer accepted, there were several that did not go through), I can honestly say that I NEVER saw Freddy ever willing to misrepresent anything. Whether he was describing someone's property to us, or describing our unit to someone else, I NEVER saw him lie about anything. If a certain feature was less than good, he would find a polite and tactful way to say it, but would still let you know it wasn't good.These are just some of the reasons Freddy was, and continues to be, our agent. The bottom line is, these reasons and more simply made it great to work with him.
