The short of it: if you're looking for someone you can trust to get you into a new home Fredda and her team are the ones to do it. The long of it: Fredda worked with me for the better part of 2 years to find something in my budget. She scheduled showings for me of many different places in a scale of price rages and once she learned my likes and dislikes, she tailored her searches and really brought me to places I loved. She helped educate me a long the way to things that don't come naturally to people that don't know how the market works. When it came time to put an offer in, she advocated for me with selling agents and ultimately got me in the home I wanted at a price I could afford (in an unaffordable market). She is quick to respond to questions, calls, and e-mails and was patient when I had redundant questions. Her wealth of knowledge and experience are supplemented by her connections in the industry. "It's all about who you know," and Fredda certainly knows a lot of agents which make it much easier for you to get the details you need to succeed. Having Fredda on my side felt like having a family member that had my back, not a shark that smelled blood in the water when it came time to buy and put offers in. There really arent words that can express our gratitute to Fredda and her team. My family and I have a unique situation, and we were in need of a home that would fully encompass this. Not only was she able to find our beautiful forever home for our 3 generations under 1 roof, but she also did it, fully understanding all of our needs.
