ZillowVERIFIEDFred Venturini gave my husband and I a very impressive experience dealing with real estate agents, and looking to buy that perfect first forever home. When my husband and I started looking to buy our first forever home we had a very good idea of what we wanted and how we pictured that perfect house we were looking for. What we didn't know was how complicated it was gonna be to find a good agent to work with. We found many homes we were very interested in. We thought that all agents would be helpful in getting you into showings, being on the look out for homes they thought were within your interest, and go above and beyond to help accommodate you and get you into your forever home. We found that to be very wrong thinking. We had went through three different agents in a 7 month period. Not one of them were responsive to getting us into showings promptly. We lost out on several homes due to them going under contract due to not getting into see them in a timely manor. The homes these agents did show us, they acted like it was a big inconvenience to them when we decided it wasn't what we were looking for. And never once did they tell us about any homes that were coming out that we may like or want to see. What did happen, I was getting emails at least three a week from a agent Fred Venturini. He was sending me emails wanting to help with our home search. He sent them so frequently and showed such interest not even knowing anything about what we were looking for or even what areas. I told my husband we need to contact Fred Venturini this is the agent we want and need to work with. Mr. Venturini was very responsive to getting us into showings that very dat or the very next. He knew timing was everything with the housing market being in such high demand. He listened to what we were looking for and wanted in a home. He was never discouraged with us when we didn't like a home he showed us. In fact he was very consistent in telling us to not get discouraged and buy a house that we weren't 120% happy with. He was very consistent in sending us new homes posted that were within our interest. After working with three other agents in 7 months we worked with Fred for one month and found our forever perfect home. Fred was able to get us an inspection with hardly no time to spare. He negotiated with sellers and got us our house for $10,000.00 less than asking price. He also got us a very fast closing. If your looking for a agent that is all about helping you, and will go above and beyond to help you in any and every way possible, well Fred Venturini is the agent your looking for. We would and will recommend him to anyone and everyone we know. If theirs a reward for tiptop agents Fred Venturini should have it. He gave us a very excellent and very impressive experience.
