We were not the must motivated buyers at first but he still took the time to make himself available and show homes throughout the process as we figured out what we wanted. He was diligent about identifying homes that could be good fits for us and often hit the nail on the head with his guesses of where to offer and what price would be accepted, demonstrating his knowledge and familiarity of the market. Once our offer was accepted, he negotiated on our behalf and took care of innumerable items on our closing checklist despite a short close timeline with a mini vacation in the middle of it.
