We have never had a greater experience than working with Fred hall! I actually called Fred's office in desperation after working with a previous realtor who had let us down. Fred reassured me that he would work for me as the buyer and help us find the home of our dreams.... and he did just that!!! He met us quickly after contacting him to show us three homes we were interested in. He took the time to help show us the homes, showed us things that could be problem areas, and positives of them homes. Then when we decided which home was perfect for us he went to bat for us to get the best price for our home. He was in constant communication with us and we always felt up to date during the process. Then to top it all off, the day we signed on our new home we got to our new home realizing that the seller had left tons of trash and furniture all over the house. Fred us met us the very next morning, even though he didn't have to, and made sure that it would be taken care of. Couldn't recommend a better realtor than Fred!!!!
