1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
It is imperative that you pick an agent that guides you through every step. From the start of finding the perfect home, to negotiations, inspections, pre closing, and post closing. There are many nuances to purchasing that dream home, I will do my best to make the transaction about you and as smooth as possible.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
The flip side of the previous question, still drives home the point- selling one of your biggest assets should not be handled lightly. There is the easy way and the hard way. I do my best to make your life as the seller as easy as possible.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with investors buying 50k properties, luxury buyers over 1 million dollar purchase price, international clients, and just many of my traditional clients buying their first or second home.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I am wrapping up an international buyer from the UK, purchasing a property in Tierra Verde. It has been a whirlwind of showing the client 20 properties in 2 days, writing a contract and doing some "down and dirty negotiations". This particular one has been a real thrill for me.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I have been around real estate since I was 10 years old. My family has been flipping homes for over 20 years. I started off cleaning the jobsites, moved up to helping assist in the rehab and then finally running my own projects from start to finish. I went after my real estate license to start selling them and fell in love with real estate since then.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
My investing background and contracting background give me a unique perspective that benefits my clients in many different ways. From helping clients find great deals, all the way to catching possible home structure problems while viewing homes, that allows buyers to see the homes a little more in depth before going under contract and getting a professional inspection done.
