Erica showed us numerous homes and helped us think through what we wanted. With the crazy market, Erica She was so patient with my husband and me as first-time buyers. When houses went on the market, Erica was prepared to view them with us. When the place we ended up making our home went on the market, we were out of town. Erica was recommended to me by a neighbor, who for 6 months had her home listed with another realtor and cold not sell it. My neighbor got rid of that realtor and hired Erica, and her home was sold in two weeks. I asked her to give me Erica's contact information, she did, and I hired Erica to sell my home. I am in Florida - over a 1,000 miles from the home -- yet it was clear to me from the beginning that I could completely trust Erica to list and sell the home.
