We met Frank just over 6 years ago when we were looking for a house, after switching over 5 agents who we felt never had our interest at heart. Frank was the kindest, most knowledgeable and honest real estate agent we ever spoke to and always made both my husband and I feel like we were in great hands. 6 years after finding a house with Frank, we decided we would like to sell our house and buy another. We met Craig and Brian who were also extremely great at their jobs. We were amazed at the quality of service from Frank and his entire team. Our questions never went unanswered, and we always felt everything was in our best interest. We sold and bought our house with not a single issue. I can imagine the process being any less stressful. In July 2020, amidst a pandemic, my boyfriend and I began our home search. We were referred to Frank Sparacino and the KW team from another broker and although had been referred to other agents, we knew after our first call with Frank there was no need to look any further. Frank made us feel comfortable right away. He knew how to guide us and put our anxieties at ease off the bat and his personality was really the icing on the cake.Frank, Craig and Brian went above and beyond to make sure we not only had properties to sort through, but that we were able to see them in a timely fashion. Our schedules were not always forgiving and we often times had to see properties at night and all hours of the weekend. The KW team never hesitated to make sure someone was there to greet us, show us the property and follow up on our thoughts and next steps. Our calls, emails and texts were always answered, and we never were left in the dark about any properties we sawaEUR|good, bad or indifferent. The KW team took our house hunt personally. Often times empathizing with our latest lost offer and encouraging us to keep on trucking even though our spirits were depleted. It was this kind of leadership and genuine compassion that kept us moving. After 10 months of open houses, long lines, private showings, multiple bids and heartache we were able to close on a house we now call home. About 6 months ago, it was only natural to reach back out to Frank and team and ask them to sell my childhood home. My parents passed away and we had no choice but to sell. I knew turning back to Frank, Craig and Brian was the only way I would get through such a time. These guys handled everything with such care and kindness. They knew this home was important to me and my family, and made sure we never felt uncomfortable and that all our uncertainties were addressed. My family and I could not be more grateful to these 3 guys. If you are looking for knowledgeable people, who work as a team and who will work tirelessly to make sure you get everything you are looking for, then look no further. There is not enough I could say about this group. Professional, kind, committed and just overall wonderful people to work with.

After many months of looking for a home in New Jersey with a great real estate agent, we were skeptical we would find the same in Long Island. Fortunately for us our NJ agent found Frank and introduced us and it was a perfect match right from the start! It was an absolute pleasure working with Frank. Frank was very personable and professional at all times. Frank guided us and gave us honest feedback at each location we saw. He was responsive to our many questions and was able to work with our schedule (we were in NJ trying to find a house in LI so traveling was a challenge). We scheduled one day of viewings and we ended up finding our first family home that day! Once our offer was accepted he helped us navigate the process and worked seamlessly with the other broker, our attorney and lender. Frank's broader team at Keller Williams was also fantastic to work with, for the last run through Frank had another closing and Brian A. came for the walk through. Brian was completely up to speed on our process and was able to ensure that everything in the home was up to standards ahead of closing the next day! We would recommend Frank to anyone 10/10 times and are so grateful for all his help and support during our first home purchase.

From the initial contact w/ Brian to the final closing and post closing process, they detailed and addressed every issue in the most professional manner imaginable. If asked how they could have done more to help us, we would not be able to answer the question. Brian Athan, Frank Sparacino, Craig Winters, and Christina Bosch were extremely helpful every step of the way when purchasing my first home with my wife.
