I cannot express how impressed I was with Frank. His knowledge of the local market far surpassed other Realtors I spoke with prior to picking an agent, or any I have used in the past. He also listed and sold our home for 25k more than other agents quoted our homes value to be. That is a lot of money! I cannot say enough about Frank and his assistant Sharon. They did an amazing job and put up with me... LOL . Being a Realtor in another state myself for the past 18.5 years I was blown away with his knowledge & expertise.
