I actually started from way at the bottom, I was the janitor for a real estate office building and noticed most realtors here did nothing and drove nice cars and wore suits, I asked what the heck do you guys do all day? I soon found out it was real estate and that's when my career changed to become a realtor. Soon after I got my license and realized I really loved doing this, I love talking to new people and helping customers make the best decision possible selling their home or purchasing a new one. I did my best to make sure its always smooth transition. I am still here at the same building but I no longer clean the toilets.

1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Get prequalified right away to find out what your payment options are going to be, then we find a home in your price range in your desired areas.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Less is always best, when you are ready to sell. Declutter as much as possible and since eventually you will be emptying out the house why wait, start now, this way your home looks as presentable as possible to potential buyers.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
Mostly 1st time buyers who have now become 1st time sellers and second time buyers.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
A neighbor friend informed me she was searching for a realtor to help her sell and purhcase another home, I said why search when you got me lol, she agreed but she also had relatives and a friend in the business so I really had some tough competition, but end the end I promised her like I do to all mu customers, I will never bugg or pester you, if at anytime you are not satisfied with my services we can cancel always. I think she loved that I was not calling her every other day to sign the listing agreement, and in the end she listed with me, we sold it and she purchase a perfect home at a great price and is in love with her new home all over again.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I started to work as a cold caller for local realtor/broker, I was provided a list of phone numbers with a small script and ask if they were interested in selling or buying, I quickly became a top produce and because of this training I am very comfortable on the phone and with rejection.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I worked in the escrow dept. for several years as an escrow officer while I did real estate. This means I had about 1 escrow a day for several years and I had to deal with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, banks etc. I gained so much experience since every deal is something new that I actually get calls from other agents asking me for advise or help on their purchase contracts. To me this is the best kind of training, its like I closed over 200 transactions in 1 year.
