Stephanie was able to virtually show us various homes we were unable to see in person. She described the homes very well, and she pointed out features the photos didn't show. Her descriptions were effective in steering us to the home we happily purchased. She smoothly guided us throughout the purchase. For example, She gave us a great recommendation for a real estate lawyer, which we needed for our transaction. Working with Stephanie, we felt like we had the best real estate agent. We never felt like we were missing out on anything. We are very happy with her representation and would recommend her and use her services again, if needed.

Of all the agents I have worked with when purchasing 5 different Properties, all of them in Upstate New York, Dan is by far my favorite agent. He exemplifies all of the good qualities one would hope to find in a Realtor- honesty, integrity, ethics and especially, hard work, which sadly, are sometimes difficult to find elsewhere. Contracts were drawn up with speed, a constant communication was established, all questions that were asked by me were either responded to immediatley, or in record time. Even contacted and obtained lawyer for me during a time most were busy, and not taking on new clients. Dan makes things happen. I would use him again if the need arises. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
