When my husband and I decided to sell our home in Manayunk, we did not hesitate to reach out to Frank. We used him as our buyers agent when purchasing the home in 2016 and enjoyed our experience so much that we knew we needed to use him when selling. Frank was a pleasure to work with. This was our first time buying a house, and he was a great source of knowledge and support during the entire process. He cared about helping us find the right house. While we were viewing houses, he wasn't pushy, let us take our time, and was very patient while we asked a million questions. He was very responsive and accessible. We made two offers overall. For the first, Frank let us know that, even though we could bid more, we would probably be overpaying. It was very reassuring that he didn't want us to pay for more than the house was worth. Overall, working with Frank was great. If we ever need to buy a house again he will be our first call.
