I have wondered often about what makes Frank and excellent Relator. Certainly his enthusiasm, knowledge and work ethic are outstanding. But I think what really separates him from other relators is his amazing ability to adapt to the market and get the owner of the property to feel like they are on his team. Your property may be worth millions of dollars or a few hundred thousand dollars---it does not matter because Frank will get your property sold for more than you thought possible. I strongly endorse him and believe he is also just a nice person and very honest.

Everyone should experience a smooth transition from selling & buying, and given that we were embarking on our third home, we knew that calling Frank was just going to give us that!Frank just blew our minds with his whole process of marketing our home! I knew I loved my home, but the amazing walk through video of displaying our home, just was mind blowing! ????! I would only see that when watching my favorite HGTV shows, so that already speaks of the quality that Frank & his crew deliver! I mean the detail and transition from each room to room was classy but still gave the warmth of our home and that was truly important to me. Frank also highlighted in the video tour our tree line street view to an ariel view of our neighborhood. It allowed potential buyers to visit visually with such details without even coming to our city & stepping into our home! The experience that it offered, takes away the traditional ways to view homes, but it doesnt make you miss it at all! Theres just a deeper appreciation to it. It made me an even more proud owner & in a bitter-sweet way, reconfirmed our decision to sell. It just made us so much more excited to see what our next home would be like!During this pandemic, the real estate process has changed a lot, so to have Frank with us throughout the entire process of selling our home & searching for our new home, really meant so much to us.
