ZillowVERIFIEDBeing new to the area and a first-time home buyer without many connections in the area, I knew I did not want to attempt purchasing a first home without guidance, especially in this sellers market. Fortunately for me, Rose from the Brockway group was the first realtor I reached out to and was a blessing through the housing search and purchase process. Rose showed me a few properties and guided me through a couple of offers. I was out of town when a house came on the market in the area that I decided would be best to call home. Knowing I would not make it back before the house sold, Rose kindly viewed the house for me and allowed me to join via video call before helping me to put in an offer. Rose also graciously accepted a late night phone call after I got out of work and shortly before closing to tie up loose ends so the closing could proceed as smoothly as possible with a last minute change. Rose even provided a lovely welcome home gift on the day of closing.This housing market is certainly not a buyers market, but Rose made the entire process as easy and simple as possible. I am truly grateful for Roses patience and guidance through the process of searching for and buying my first home.
