Being new to the area and a first-time home buyer without many connections in the area, I knew I did not want to attempt purchasing a first home without guidance, especially in this sellers market. Fortunately for me, Rose from the Brockway group was the first realtor I reached out to and was a blessing through the housing search and purchase process.
