Frank Bernardo was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada where he lived with his mother and his grandparents. Growing up in a rougher suburb had its challenges, so Frank's mother encouraged him at 16 to enroll in a local Martial Arts Studio. This started his journey of self-development and personal growth. Under the instruction and guidance of his Martial Arts Instructor, Greg Becker, Frank excelled and quickly became proficient in many styles of martial arts, ultimately earning a 3rd degree Black Belt. Frank transitioned from student to instructor running the studio for a number of years. Frank's accomplishments with martial arts and relationships with his instructors inspired confidence that he could achieve any goal and he could utilize his strengths and experiences to help others. Frank has achieved success in many varying fields. He left the studio to begin his own DJ Company in Las Vegas, Double Down Sound Productions. This inspired a radio career as a DJ for a short time at various radio stations in the country. Wanting more for himself, Frank joined the United States Army and graduated from the Military Police Academy with Honors. He became a Combat Military Police Officer and completed a tour in Bosnia. With the commencement of his military duty, Frank joined the Las Vegas Police Department. After several years as a police officer, Frank decided he wanted to expand his life and pursue more personal growth. So in 2000, he enrolled in college in California where he earned an Associate of Science Degree within a year and graduated with honors. Frank used his education to develop a career in IT. These skills have evolved to serve him in his current career in that he has vast knowledge in Social Media, technology and Marketing to propel the interests of his clients. It was in 2004 that Frank developed interest in real estate and became an investor. He became so enthusiastic about the business of real estate that Frank earned his license as Realtor in California. Frank joined a large real estate company and within the first 6 months he was named Rookie of the Year for the entire region. Frank now sells real estate in the Southern California area. In addition, Frank runs an exclusive, private real estate coaching program and teaches classes at real estate companies all over the nation. Frank Bernardo prides himself on being an aggressive and knowledgeable agent with wanting to set himself apart from all the other agents and brokers in the business. The team of Tracy Tofte and Frank Bernardo is one of the best real estate teams out there. From the beginning Tracy and Frank used their knowledge of real estate and negotiation skills to secure our listing. Selling our home and picking a listing agency was a hard process and Tracy and Frank gave us the peace of mind that they had our best interests at heart and would do everything in their power to sell our home. We were throughly impressed with the effort, attention to detail and service, and communication both Tracy and Frank provided us throughout the transaction. We asked them to go above and beyond as this was a relocation move across the country and we were on our house hunting trip when items needed to be taken care of at our home in California. Never once did Tracy or Frank hesitate on being available to assist us. Not only did we sell our home in 4 days, (which it could?ve been sold in 1 day but we chose to give it the full weekend,) our home got multiple offers all over asking price. Once we selected a buyer Tracy and Frank continued to work to make sure everything was done on time and the level of communication they had during the transaction with all parties was excellent. Never once did I have to worry that they were dropping the ball and not taking care of business. I highly recommend Tracy and Frank for their real estate services. My rental home was sold in less than 30 days! Im a retired CPA in another state and Frank was the third realtor I contracted. The difference was the professional photographer and Franks negotiating skill. Also the sales and closing price was higher than the previous realtors.

Frank Bernardo is the consummate professional. I dont think my wife and I could have found a better real estate professional and negotiator to get us our dream home. We even have several real estate friends who we passed to work with Frank. I was even in the mortgage industry myself. We found a home the first day we went house hunting. I wish not get into the crazy details about the issues coming from the sellers end of deal. However Frank overcame numerous obstacles we came across, many of them not even remotely in a real estate professionals job description. From start to finish, he was there when we needed him and handled everything with class. he was on time for every meeting, explained everything in tremendous detail and even came with us to escrow. From scouting the properties, to the inspection, to dealing with the selling agent, his communication and customer service was top notch. His negotiating skills are off the charts and i dont think we would have got the house were looking for with someone not as experienced. Best of all , he is a very friendly, and honest person. At the same time he will not take $#*@ from anybody if he considers something that is not in the nest interest of his client
