We were looking for vacant Recreational Land when we contacted Francine. We had found property that we thought was "suitable." Francine pointed out some things in the POA (Property Owners Association) that were "not so great. Talk about an understanding of Real Estate Documents. She assisted us in finding another much larger parcel. She was with us throughout the entire process. Francine also knows quite a few good contractors . BTW: we completed our purchase in April 2023....almost a year ago. Stop Looking for an Agent to represent you in your Real Estate Transaaction and call Francine Mira

Francine is an amazing person to work with. She went above and beyond to help and accommodate us in the process of making an offer on a home. We live 3 hours away and she made herself available to be where we couldnt be. I would highly recommend her and would call her first for help in buying a house.
