Francesco Ortiz is the best agent Ive come across in SoCal, and he wasnt even my agent. My daughter and I were driving to lunch and his signs were everywhere, begging us to take a look. So we took a chance and stumbled upon one of his listings. He made us feel like we walked into our future home (and my daughter loved the fresh baked cookies).
