Francesco Ortiz is the best agent Ive come across in SoCal, and he wasnt even my agent. My daughter and I were driving to lunch and his signs were everywhere, begging us to take a look. So we took a chance and stumbled upon one of his listings. He made us feel like we walked into our future home (and my daughter loved the fresh baked cookies). He knows how to sell a place, and even followed up, remembering my daughters name. I wasnt actively looking, but I put in an offer. Francesco spent time with my agent on addressing HOA and insurance questions, even though he had higher offers. He was transparent and kept us in the loop the entire time. I would use Francesco as a Buyers or Sellers agent in a heartbeat. I wish I used him to sell my prior property!
