About Francesca Messercola

Francesca is a 16+ year real estate veteran, Multi-Year NJ Circle of Excellence Award Winner, and Achieved Platinum Status in 2021! Born in Catanzaro, Italy, Francesca immigrated to Long Branch, NJ in 1975, and later moved to Wayne in 1988.Francesca obtained her college degree from William Paterson University and started her career in Advertising Sales for Cablevision. Francesca and Lou were married in 1997. In late 2000, she left a successful career in the workforce to start a family. In looking to have the flexibility for her young family, Francesca obtained her real estate license in 2007. Since that time, she has balanced career with family life and has been awarded many accolades. She is currently a Certified Stager, an Accredited Buyer Representative, a Cartus Certified Relocation Specialist, Green Certified, KW Honored Luxury Agent, KW Millionaire Club Monthly Recipient, PLUS a NJAR multiple year Award Winner. Francesca, as the Mega agent, always has a group of vendors/service professionals that are beneficial in the process, i.e., Stager, GC, HVAC, Plumber, Electrician, Handyman,etc. Lou obtained his college degree from Pace University in 1991. Lou had a successful career in the IT staffing & recruiting field for over 25 years! Ultimately holding the title of Managing Director. In addition to his corporate career, he found time to give back to the community and is currently on the Board of Trustees serving The Boys & Girls Club of Northwest NJ. In 2007 - 2017, Lou was the Travel Soccer Commissioner for The Boys & Girls Club of Northwest NJ Panthers program. In 2017, Lou received his Real Estate license and Team Messercola was born. Later, he was honored as the 2019 Man of The Year, for his volunteerism. Lou brings his Wealth of Business Knowledge, Marketing, Networking & Assisting with Day-to-Day Activities to the Team! In 2020, we make the decision to move to Keller Williams Prosperity. If I could give Team Messercola more stars I would! From start to finish they helped and guided us through the process of selling my mothers home. Their staging, videos and overall marketing strategy and expertise brought multiple offers well over asking only a few days after being listed. I will definitely use them again. They went above and beyond what I expected including making sure all the certifications were completed, providing carefully constructed signs throughout the house to point out features, making suggestions for improvements and continuous follow-up with potential buyers. They even helped find buyers for furniture and other belongings we were trying to sell. I am very grateful for all their hard work.
