If I could give Team Messercola more stars I would! From start to finish they helped and guided us through the process of selling my mothers home. Their staging, videos and overall marketing strategy and expertise brought multiple offers well over asking only a few days after being listed. I will definitely use them again. They went above and beyond what I expected including making sure all the certifications were completed, providing carefully constructed signs throughout the house to point out features, making suggestions for improvements and continuous follow-up with potential buyers. They even helped find buyers for furniture and other belongings we were trying to sell. I am very grateful for all their hard work.

Review: Francesca and Lou are wonderful! They came highly recommended to us from a family friend and they did not disappoint. We were on the fence about selling our house and finding the right realtor to work with. From the first phone call we were put at ease that we were in good hands. They are professional, organized, thorough and passionate about their work. (And fashionable..loved their matching shirts!) They walked us through every step of the process and always available for any questions/concerns we had. Along with that, they were great with communicating what was happening to make sure we were all on the same page. They worked with our crazy schedules and were very accommodating. They really did go above and beyond! They told us everything we needed to do to get the house ready for listing, they staged the house to be picture perfect for photos, and worked with us to find the right listing price. Our house went on the market on a Monday and by that Friday we had accepted an offer. They set us up with their attorney Joe who was also wonderful to work with. As a team they all made this process as hassle free and as smooth as possible. We sold for almost 100k over asking and were able to negotiate all the terms we needed.
