Since Roger was able to move quickly with our initial offer, we were able to get the house for under list with no competition (a rarity these days as we were reminded by pretty much everyone throughout the closing). Roger was a great partner through the whole process, and we trusted his opinion as things popped up here and there during the closing. Buying a house is a big decision and we were glad we found an agent that we trusted to give us his honest opinion.
