I would use her forever, and would have used her in our new build in Nevada, but shes doesnt work in Nevada. We talk all the time and that is with no more business for her in Cali. My wife, being a wheelchair person, needs special parameters in a home and Vice went to work trying to find the right home for us. We purchased our home sight unseen in person. I need you to really "listen" to my review if you are seeking to buy or sell residential property in Orange County. If not, stop reading now.To begin,Let me tell you about my specific property needs for the transaction/sale that took place with Ms. Morland's unparalleled commitment. I live in Madera, CA. and have a specific medical condition which requires treatment in Orange County. I recently retired and qualify for ownership in Laguna Woods Village. I entertained numerous properties over five months with Ms. Morland via phone/text and email never once meeting with her (who btw immediately contacted me from my info I entered on the website). Once finally attaining a property the laborious approval of the home owners association was something Ms. Morland would not give up on. She encouraged me after months of lost deals even after we secured the property saying "James, we aren't finished until this closes" . Wow! Words of a a true SUPERSTAR as I now refer to. End game? Sydney patiently fought through those months to get me the right condo. In addition, she also worked with the HOA, my CPA and contractors to expedite the sale.
