It was an emotional and traumatic experience selling a home I loved but no longer needed. I also had a lot of anxiety about the market, what I'd get for the house, how long it would take to sell, etc. Jan took her time to explain everything to me, answer my questions in a detailed and patient manner and helped alleviate my overall anxiety. More than anything else though, Jan had a mastery of the Southern Maryland Real Estate market. Was intimately familiar with the homes that sold nearby, and was able to read the situation for my house, recommend a perfect selling price, and execute the ideal strategy for selling the house. Prospective buyers and sellers beware though: Jan is an incredible baker. The cookies and banana bread are NOT going to help you lose weight in the process!
