Fran Marino

Fran Marino attended South Texas College of Law. She entered the Real Estate profession with a background as a paralegal for a large law firm in Houston, Texas. Fran feels her extensive career as a paralegal was very rewarding and taught her many things that she believes have benefited her in the real estate industry. She has learned to negotiate, while keeping her client's best interests in mind, to listen to what is being said and to maintain flexibility and understanding. She can perform multiple tasks simultaneously and be assertive while remaining calm under the most stressful situations. Fran has long been active in supporting her community in charitable organizations & volunteering in programs including: Ronald McDonald House The Fisher House Texas Women's Cattleman Org The 100 Club (for our fallen Peace Officers & Fireman) Bicycle Ball Supporter The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Shepherd Park Plaza Civic & Garden Club. As a productive listing and selling agent, Fran understands the emotions and stress involved with the home buying and selling process. She remarks, "That is why I always take a proactive approach to ease tension for my clients along the way. I asses a client's needs up front so that I am able to not only meet but to exceed their expectations."
