Fran is the BEST. I have bought 1 home and sold 2 thru her. She is straight forward and efficient. My first house sale was in 2012 when the market was TOUGH....and Fran priced, staged, and marketed the house, and sold it for right where we thought it would sell! I then purchased a NEWLY constructed home with her, and she was so helpful in negotiation, design, monitoring the builder, and finishing the house on time it was SO helpful. Frankly, I wasn't sure I needed a realtor in the new home buying process, but she proved to be invaluable. Finally, we moved from Franklin and Fran sold our home, that we had built just 2 years prior. In the end, the home had 3 offers on the first day listed, and it sold. I chose her because she knows the market, and is hyper diligent in taking care of details.
