Our first offer turned out to be a complete disaster . The potential buyer's home inspector completely trashed our home and did the potential buyer a disservice. Yes our home was a little outdated but it was located in Hillsdale on a beautiful dead end street where your kids could go out and play. 2 blocks to the high school ( Pascack Valley), 4 blocks to the elementary school and town pool ( we had a built in pool). Our home was on a 110x105 lot with beautiful landscaping and privacy. 3 bedroom, 2 baths, 20x20 addition, 2 gas fireplaces, finished basement and large 2 car garage. Marina saw our potential and didn't let the 1st buyers and their inspector deter from finding a buyer. She kept the potential buyers coming and a few week later we had an offer where we all totally satisfied with the price, inspection and closing date .
