He rather listen to what your needs are and then help you to find the best place to fulfill your needs. Fernando is always available (I mean always!) and with an atitude that you will rarely see in this market (I've moved several times while living in NYC and you will never see a service not even close to that in the big city).Another thing that called my attention is that Fernando has all the contacts. If you need a broker, suggest a mortgage bank, insurance, contractor, escrow, the cheapest gas station... he has all the answers and, most importantly, all these people trust him and will join his buying process knowing it'll be positive.Due to the current house "hunting" competition in South Florida my process took a few months (more than I was expecting), but Fernando never decreased his level of engagement.I don't plan to move again (in the short or mid term), but if I did, I would definitely work with Fernando again.
