In selling a home, when it comes to choosing a realtor, many factors come into consideration, including knowledge of the local market, dedication to the sale, availability, and willingness to get to know the client and their goals. Florence excelled in all of these areas, but particularly in the latter two, which were the most important to us. She was personally available 24/7 for any questions that came up, to review prior conversations, and often times just for reassurance and to hold our hand. When the local market took a downturn with a marked decrease in home sales accompanied by a high inventory, she was able to switch gears effortlessly and come up with several different plans to get our house sold. She spent a lot of time getting to know us and discerning our priorities. Ultimately, when we did get an offer, she guided us through some difficult financial decisions, reminding us throughout of our ultimate goal. Without her guidance and expertise , we suspect our home would still be on the market. We cannot recommend her more highly.

We highly recommend Florence to anyone looking for a smart, attentive, and kind but persistent agent! Our family moved to Napa from the East Coast after realizing we wanted our daughter to grow up closer to relatives in a smaller community. Once we met with Florence, we knew she would be the right person to help us find our home in Napa. We knew that getting the right home in a competitive market would mean a lot of patience in our search followed by quickly and efficiently moving on an offer to get what we wanted. She definitely delivered! Our wants and needs were fairly specific, and Florence was patient as we visited countless houses trying to find the right one. When the perfect house hit the market, Florence made sure we got a private showing the same day we inquired about it. She worked quickly to get our offer together because we werent the only ones interested in the house. We ended up in a small bidding war, something we were familiar with from our previous experience, but that is a bit different in Napa. Florence navigated us through the process perfectly, and we are happily in our amazing home today in a great neighborhood to raise our little girl. BONUS: We wanted to remodel the kitchen before moving in, and Florence was awesome in helping us think through the next steps in that process and even work with the team at LAgence when needed. She made great suggestions and has continued to check in and cheer us on as we make our new house the perfect home.

Florence is hands-down one of my favorite people! I dont know that I have ever met someone so thoughtful and professional with such attention to details. We worked with Florence for over a year from the initial chat about looking to purchase our first home all the way through closing!!
