My dad purchased our first home in 2004. After couple of years, market recession hit. Within two years Due to job losses, we had exhausted all our resources to figure out how can we work with bank to make sure we stay continue with mortgage. We didn't have any help, until finally we found a way to short sell the house. Our first purchase without real estate agent, and such a hard time to sell the home with no guidance. I decided to get real estate license so that we can't be in same situation ever again. Since than I am helping people buy the house for first time and building relationship by staying in touch with them for all their needs. Over 10-year experience, I have learned many things.
