He was so kind and respectful of the tenants in the building as he was showing it. A few years later I wanted to buy a house so I called him to be my buyers agent. He can answer every single question that a first time buyer has. He is right on top of things. The minute you ask a question you get an answer. Being a single person and a first-time buyer everything could have been a lot different. Fintan walked me through the process and held my hand the whole way through the journey.
