Fidel did an excellent job for me as an out of town seller of a difficult piece of land in Apple Valley. I appreciated his knowledge of the area and attention to detail as he provided me with a list of comparable sales and active listings similar to my property, as well as advice on a reasonable listing price. He kept me thoroughly informed throughout the process on offers, providing documentation for signing offers as well as documents for acceptance of final offer.
