We have bought and sold a number of homes over the years and dealt with many different realtors, but Fernando Viteri is easily the best realtor with whom we have ever been associated. He represented us in selling our home. The service, responsiveness, and attention we received was outstanding. Any question or concern was addressed and answered the same day and usually within the hour. Fernando is always available to deal with any issue and he often sends information before you can even write with the question. He clearly explains what is happening and what to expect every step of the process. A time line is provided and updated continuously with all the critical dates and notes regarding what, if anything, you are required to do. Marketing is excellent and, most importantly, it works. Fernando uses his contacts and friendships to bring buyers to your home and the activity generated is great. I could keep going with the superlatives, but I think anyone reading this has the idea. We would recommend Fernando Viteri without hesitation and, if we were ever to return to the Sarasota area, he would definitely be our realtor.

Amazing Realtor! Simply the most professional, competent and honest person i've ever dealt with in real estate. After 9 months on the market with another realty group (with little to no traffic/showings), Fernando assumed the responsibility of selling my mothers villa in the Meadows . We were out of state buyers. Fernando was a true professional who guided us all the way to purchase. He showed us all the houses we wanted to see, and showed us similar houses as well, until we found "the one". He recommended several lawyers we could chose from, Inspectors who were highly rated, all of which did a very professional job and were easy to work with. The whole process went very smoothly, and the closing could even be done from our home up north! Fernando is very personable, never says a bad word, is eager to please you, and will guide you to the final closing. My wife is very detail oriented, he answered all her concerns with out fail. After the sale he also recommended contractors we could use to put our personal touches on our new home. We appreciated all the hard work he put in, and now as we are going through the closing process on our home up north (in comparison) we truly appreciate his thoughtfulness, and exemplary service!
