We were dabbling with the house search when we met Stephanie. Updated her that it'll take us a bit more time before we try to get everything in place for buying a place and that we'll reach out once we're ready. Highly appreciate that she gave us our space. Pure no nonsense approach, no frequent texts, no cold calls. Occasional mail when she found listing that fit our criteria very well. Partly why we decided to work with her when we were ready. Super responsive and patient. She guided us through everything that was needed. What numbers to check, what is the expectation when working with lenders, sellers, counter offer etc etc. For any and all questions we had she was super responsive, provided context and helps us navigate things as needed. House buying was super stressful but having someone that can set proper expectation and timeline was extremely helpful. Appreciate all the help she provided in our house buying process.
