If you're reading the reviews of realtors, etc, to select one for your purchase/sale, you can just stop here. Fay Heilman is absolutely wonderful!! We've been buying and selling homes for over 20 years, and have NEVER had a better agent!! She truly worked, and worked hard, on our (her buyers) behalf. She continually followed up with a non-responsive agent for our benefit. As we are from out of state, she went to our prospective house, 6-10 times (I know I'm not remembering them all). She also arranged to have services performed and made some suggestions (multiple for us to choose from) for area tradesmen. We feel LUCKY to have found Faye as we didn't know anyone in the area, and just happened upon her in doing a google search. Added bonus to us, she never made us feel like we were demanding or being needy. AND she was very nice. :) We look forward to meeting her in person.
