This was our 3rd sale and 4th purchase of a home and I have to admit we always wondered if the realtor fees were really worth the service we got for them, or if we could do most of that work ourselves. Not anymore. Like most people, we were in a situation where we needed proceeds from the sale of our current home to help us settle on the purchase of a new home. And needed to achieve this in the tough housing market in Summer of 2021. We had met Fawn when she was showing another house the year before. We were looking to buy in that development and asked her to reach out to us if an end unit became available. 9 months later, we got an email from her that an end unit was coming soon. We were very interested in it, but had not even started to plan for selling our current home. Fawn helped us with all the things we needed to do to prep our house and put in on the market quickly. It seemed impossible, but she was so thorough with every aspect of the sale that we felt we might just pull this off. And we did.
