ZillowVERIFIEDFatuma was my buyer's agent for my first home, which my wife and I just closed on a few days ago. Fatuma was very organized, professional, and quick to respond. She was always helpful, polite, and quick to setup tours for properties. She even bought us a nice housewarming gift and treated us to a meal to celebrate. I can't really rate her negotiation skills, which is why I ranked her as neutral in that area. Given the current real estate market conditions, where people are bidding over asking in order to win bids, that doesn't really leave a lot of room for negotiating. Nonetheless, I plan on her being my real estate agent on future home purchases, and will recommend her to friends and family.
