The existing home didn't appeal to us, but we were already interested in a spec home built by a local builder. After discussing this over with Faith, she graciously agreed to assist us with the new home purchase. Faith was an absolute angel through the entire process. She never hesitated to answer all of our questions and even attended our walk through so we didn't have to waste money on a trip back down to Florida. She made the whole purchase experience a very pleasant one.Since moving into our new dream home we have kept in touch with Faith. She is no longer considered just an agent, but truly our friend.
