Host of Let's Talk Real Estate radio talk show every Sunday at 9am on MyFM 101.3. Awarded as Sales Agent of the Year 2021 and 2022 at BHHS Medway and is one of RISMedia's 2021 Real Estate Newsmakers. I am proud to to make headlines in 2021 as a result of my newsworthy contributions to the industry, and for my efforts to positively affect the consumers and communities I serve! My knowledge of the real estate market, responsiveness, and negotiation skills are what make me stand out in this industry. As a Realtor, I pride myself on being available for my clients at any time of day when they have a question or concern. I have been in Real Estate for almost a decade as a landlord, property manager, home stager, and Realtor. I am a Certified Buyer Representative, a Residential Remodeling Specialist, Relocation Certified, Luxury Certified, and have my Real Estate License in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. I teach classes on investing in Real Estate, home buying and selling workshops, home renovation, and property maintenance in different communities throughout MA including Newton, Needham, Sharon, Lincoln-Sudbury, Dover-Sherborn, and Medway. I am also on the Board of Assessors and Master Plan Committee in my town and strive to give back to my community. I love working with all my clients, but especially first-time homebuyers because I help them understand the importance of building equity and wealth with their home purchases. I have helped create a training series for other Realtors in my industry with a world-renowned real estate trainer, and I am one of the top 2% nationally recognized Realtors at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. Faina was beyond fantastic to work with! From our initial interaction to closing and even afterwards, she was extremely easy to communicate with, responsive and detail oriented.
