Hello, my name is Fabio Bicho, real estate agent at RE/MAX Vantage. I am graduate from the Mario J Gabelli business school at Roger Williams University. I am a first time homeowner so I started this process very cautiously! I wanted to make sure I wasn't pushed into anything that I didn't absolutely love seeing as its such a big investment! I told Fabio from the beginning I probably would be a pain as a client because I can be very picky about what I like and I wanted a certain area of the city which I wouldn't budge on. I am writing this review just hours after I closed on a home that far exceeded my expectations! From Day 1, he understood exactly what I wanted and the first house I saw, I knew it was the right one!! I couldn't believe how easy him and his team made the process! I was so nervous at first and there was no reason to be! Everything really went as smoothly as it could of and within less than two months of my first showing I am now the proud homeowner of a house that has everything I wanted and more!!!
