1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Speak with a lender before assuming your in the know on mortgage & credit requirements. So many people assume they're not qualified or need more money for a down payment and most of the time that's incorrect. You can purchase with as little as 3% down and there are often lender buying incentives available too.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Downsize, Declutter & Start packing the moment you choose a Realtor. Most importantly, don't wait for your home to sell before you start looking for another home.

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
When I walk away from a transaction my goal is to retain contact and a amicable friendship with my clients. I'm always available to help my clients well beyond the closing.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
After raising three children I decided to follow my dream and desire to sell residential real estate. I think this developed from the years we spent raising our family and relocating numerous times. Purchasing and selling homes of our own and meeting different agents made me realize it was something I would excel at.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I have a strong background in business administration and management as well as possessing exceptional technical & marketing skills. I've truly sold every property, I've listed without any expiration for top market dollar! I provide exceptional service while forging lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
