Jessica Saleck is an amazing realtor and without question we wouldnt be in our new home without her. As first-time homebuyers, there is a lot that is foreign and confusing. Jessica met with us before we started looking at houses to explain every step of the process and get a sense of what we were looking for, and her expertise instantly put us at ease. She was very pro-active about sending us listings that she knew we would love, and happily took us to look at every house, sometimes multiple in the same weekend or day. She worked incredibly hard to find us a home we would love and that met all of our criteria. Once it came time to put in an offer, she gave her expert advice but was respectful of our limits and never pushed us. Jessica got offers prepared quickly and expertly so we were able to submit fast and be as competitive as possible, and she was able to give us some aEURoetips and tricksaEUR? to get our offer accepted. Between the acceptance of our offer and closing, Jessica was there every step of the way (including late at night and early in the morning) when we had questions or just needed to be re-assured. She was even able to track down an old survey of our property to save us some money on that. Through the ups and downs of buying our first home, Jessica was incredibly helpful and supportive, and an absolutely wonderful person to interact with.
