I help companies find the ideal sites for their businesses (whether they are leasing or buying), and I help them negotiate the most favorable financial terms on those sites. With over 30 years of commercial real estate experience, I have done hundreds of office, retail, and industrial leases throughout Maryland, D.C., and elsewhere. I've also been involved with many purchase and sale transactions (see deal examples below). From 1995 to 2004, I was the head transactional attorney for the eastern U.S. on behalf of Glenborough Realty Trust (GLB on the NYSE). As an attorney, I negotiated transactions with companies like Lord and Taylor, Circuit City, Fed Ex, Clear Channel Communications, Merrill Lynch, Outback Steakhouse, Starbuck's, Chipotle, Popeye's, and hundreds of other retail and office users.
