Consultation before you start looking. Save thousands of dollars and a lot of heartache by doing the right things first like getting pre-approved with a strong local lender. Working with us to help guide you through the process.

Marketing and exposure matter to you as a seller. The agent that markets your home to the most people will net you the most money. We spend over $9,000 a month to get the maximum exposure for our sellers and create bidding wars.

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
We helped a seller who needed to rehab the entire property. We coordinated the contractors and from construction to close helped the seller net an additional $53,000 on a $800,000 home sale.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
Starting in the mortgage/banking industry I chose to work with Eva who was in the Real Estate side and create one strong company as opposed to two separate companies.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I am lifelong learner. I am passionate about real estate so I understand most aspects of real estate from investments to the legal aspects (probate, divorce, 1031, bankruptcy, foreclosure). We have sold over 4,000 homes and have helped many people in all walks of life.
